Strategy Overview
This scalping system combines ICT market structure principles with real-time order flow data to identify high-probability entry points. The strategy focuses on fair value gaps, order blocks, and liquidity sweeps to time precise, low-risk entries that align with institutional order flow.
Market Focus
Primarily focused on NASDAQ 100 Futures (NQ) due to the index's predictable institutional behavior and deep liquidity. The strategy exploits repetitive patterns around key price levels where large participants accumulate or distribute positions.
Timeframes
Context: 15-minute and 5-minute charts for structure and bias. Entry: 1-minute and 2-minute charts for precise timing. Higher timeframe alignment is mandatory before any entry is considered valid.
Core Idea
Trade in the direction of institutional order flow by identifying where large participants are positioned. Use fair value gaps as entry zones and order blocks as confirmation, then execute with a tight stop and defined target.
Market Conditions
Best performance during New York Open (9:30–11:00 AM EST). Avoid lunch hours and major economic news releases. Trending sessions with clear directional bias yield the highest win rates.
Strategy Setups
Setup 1: FVG Return — enter when price retraces into a 1-min fair value gap with momentum confirmation. Setup 2: Order Block Tap — enter on a rejection candle at a higher-timeframe order block in the trade direction.
Trade Breakdown
Risk 0.5–1% per trade. Stop loss: 2–3 NQ points beyond the entry zone. Take profit: next liquidity level or session extreme. Target minimum 1:2 RRR. Exit if price fails to move within 3–5 minutes of entry.
